Cyclone separator

 The XFG series cyclone separator is a versatile gas-solid separation device. Its basic working principle is: when dust-laden gas enters the cyclone separator, it undergoes high-speed rotational motion. Solid particles, due to centrifugal force and their own gravity, separate from the gas, move downward, and are collected. The gas is then sent to the collector from the upper outlet for further filtration.
    This series of equipment can be manufactured from PVC or stainless steel according to customer requirements. The inner wall of the stainless steel version can be coated with polyurethane or polymer materials as needed, and the inner tangent can be lined with ceramics. It features good wear resistance and high collection efficiency, widely used for the collection of various ultrafine powder gas-solid separations. It is generally connected as the pre-stage separation unit of the collector.
