This machine utilizes an advanced lamination concept to achieve efficient crushing. It employs wear-resistant corundum ceramics for the grinding rollers, arc plates, and side plates, providing the advanced crusher with a pollution-free function, enabling it to demonstrate its unique charm in high-end material fields. Main structure and working principle: Composed of the body, crushing ceramic rollers, crushing ceramic arc plates, ceramic side plates, arc plate adjustment mechanism, transmission mechanism, inlet and outlet, and frame. Block materials are placed into the inlet, falling into the space between the ceramic rollers and the two-chamber arc plates. Since the main shaft of the ceramic roller is eccentric, when the main shaft drives the ceramic roller to rotate at high speed, the ceramic roller rotates while intermittently pressing and releasing against the arc plates on both sides, forming compression and rubbing forces to crush the material.
