Yixing Linggu Plastic Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly Yixing Engineering Plastic Equipment Factory) was established in 1987 in Yixing, a nationally renowned "Pottery Capital." It was one of the early enterprises to produce engineering plastic pumps, specializing in the manufacture of "Linggu" brand corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastic pumps made primarily from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. The company has obtained the national production license for pump products and ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. To date, the company possesses one welding robot workstation, two assembly and complete machine production lines, one semi-automatic painting line, 17 horizontal and vertical machining centers and turning centers, 14 CNC gantry milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC wire-cutting machines, and 24 conventional equipment such as boring machines, lathes, milling machines, planers, grinders, and drills. It also has 34 compression and injection molding equipment ranging from 50 to 1000 tons, 16 large and small ovens, and 49 auxiliary equipment.

A nationally standardized Grade B open test bench strictly inspects every pump before leaving the factory. The test flow rate can reach 4,500 m³/h, with automatic data sampling, providing customers with comprehensive test reports. Additionally, there is a special nozzle atomization test system that uses advanced patented technology to measure the atomization characteristics of nozzles, generating five atomization characteristic parameter curves. A coordinate measuring machine ensures the geometric tolerance testing of critical components.

The company has strong technical capabilities, with the ability to independently develop products and molds. It is equipped with a physical and chemical analysis laboratory and a destructive test bench for material comparison analysis and testing. The company has obtained one invention patent and 24 utility model patents, including five sealing patents.

Currently, the company has developed horizontal, submerged, and other types of products across 18 series, with over 100 varieties and more than 1,000 specifications. The flow rate can reach 4,500 m³/h, the head up to 80 m, and the submerged working depth up to 4 m. The product lines include: FUH series plastic horizontal pumps, FDU series low-speed plastic slurry pumps, FTT series silicon carbide ceramic pumps, FLU series filter press pumps, FCU series side suction pumps, FTU series ceramic composite pumps, FYUB series cantilever submerged pumps, FYUC series low-speed cantilever submerged slurry pumps, FZU series self-priming pumps, IMC series magnetic drive pumps, FRU series hose pumps, FGU series pipeline pumps, FSL series vertical pumps, FQU series all-plastic pumps, FXU series cyclone slurry pumps, FCF series plastic-lined pumps, FFU series buoyancy pumps, and FPZJ series water jet vacuum units. The company also produces matching engineering plastic steel-lined plastic pipelines, pipe fittings, foot valves, ball valves, diaphragm valves, compensators, and spray nozzles.

The products are widely used in non-ferrous metal smelting (gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, cobalt, etc.), ferrous metal smelting (steel pickling and manganese industry), titanium dioxide, petrochemicals, phosphate fertilizers, chemical fibers, citric acid, acid production, rare earths, environmental protection, power plant desulfurization, rare metals, pesticides, and other industries. They are used to transport clear liquids or corrosive media containing solid particles, such as dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, hydrochloric acid, mixed acids, electrolytes, and gypsum slurry. The products are sold in 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, serving over 5,000 users, and have been exported to countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and Jordan.
