I. Connection Method and Installation of Aeration Pipes:
       The aeration device consists of aerators, air distribution pipes, tees, crosses, elbows, regulators, connectors, cleaning devices, etc. The air distribution pipes are typically arranged in a ring layout. The density of aerators is determined based on the air supply volume and the shape of the tank. The connection between the aerators and the air distribution pipes uses G3/4 threaded connections, with the base having internal threads (fixed to the air distribution pipes) and the aerators having external threads. During installation, first secure the regulator to the tank bottom with expansion bolts according to the required dimensions, then fix the air distribution pipes to the regulator using clamps. To prevent damage to the aeration device from other operations, such as welding sparks and construction activities like concrete pouring, the aerators must be installed after the civil engineering work is completed and before filling the tank with water. To check for leaks in the pipes and connections, fill the tank with water to a depth about 10 cm above the aerators and conduct a leak test. Then, supply air and promptly address any leaks found at the pipe connections before正式投运。

        The design of the air pipes should consider pressure balance, preferably forming a ring network. Each group of inlet pipes should be equipped with valves to facilitate adjustment of the air volume. Design flow velocity for air pipes: main pipes 10-15 m/s; branch pipes 5 m/s. Installation height of the aerator surface from the tank bottom: 270mm, 250mm, and 200mm for the push-plate type.
