Laboratory ultrasonic cleaners are specifically designed for cleaning laboratory instruments, containers, medical devices, etc. They utilize the "cavitation effect" generated by ultrasonic waves propagating through the cleaning liquid medium to achieve cleaning purposes. Additionally, they can meet experimental needs such as extraction, dispersion, dissolution, and emulsification.

Working Principle: Ultrasonic cleaning relies on the unique physical phenomenon of the "cavitation effect" when ultrasonic waves propagate through the cleaning liquid medium. The ultrasonic generator produces electrical energy at frequencies above 20 kHz, which is converted into ultrasonic energy by the transducer and transmitted into the cleaning medium. When the ultrasonic field intensity exceeds the cavitation threshold of the cleaning medium, numerous expanding "cavities" rapidly form in the cleaning liquid due to ultrasonic negative pressure. These cavities are then intensely compressed during ultrasonic positive pressure, creating microscopic shockwaves and high-speed jets that act on the surface of the object being cleaned, rapidly breaking down and dislodging contaminants.
