The microwave high-temperature push plate kiln mainly consists of the main push system, auxiliary push system, feeding airtight chamber, feeding cavity, microwave suppressor, microwave heating and insulation zone, slow cooling zone, rapid cooling zone, discharging airtight chamber, discharging section, furnace tube system, insulation system, cooling water system, microwave source system, atmosphere system, air cooling system, exhaust system, electrical control system, temperature control system, machine frame and guard, external cycle return line, and kiln furniture.
II. Advantages of Microwave Heating Equipment:
The microwave high-temperature push plate kiln heats materials through their own absorption of microwave thermal energy. As microwaves are a type of electromagnetic wave with a specific frequency, when an object is in a microwave field, its polar and non-polar molecules become polarized, turning into dipole molecules. These align according to the electric field direction. Since the electric field is alternating, the dipoles rotate and vibrate with the changes in the electric field. For example, at a frequency of 2450 MHz, they rotate and vibrate 2.45 billion times per second, producing an effect similar to friction between molecules, thereby absorbing the energy of the electric field and generating heat, making the object itself the heat source. Thus, microwave heating is a non-contact internal heating method, where the material heats up as a whole.
