Microwave heating and drying utilize the non-contact penetrating nature of microwaves to heat the interior of materials. Electromagnetic energy is directly converted into heat by acting on the molecular structure of the medium. The penetrating property ensures simultaneous heating of both the interior and exterior of the material without the need for heat conduction. Due to the lack of heat dissipation conditions inside, a temperature gradient forms where the interior temperature is higher than the exterior, creating a pressure difference that drives internal heat or moisture to permeate toward the surface. In contrast, conventional heating methods rely on radiation, convection, and other heat conduction processes from the outside in. This results in inconsistent temperature gradients between the interior and exterior of the material, poor heat absorption, high energy consumption, low energy efficiency, prolonged heating time, significant heat loss, and a tendency for materials to clump. Regular furnace cleaning, shutdowns for maintenance, and frequent replacement of heaters placed inside the furnace chamber—which are不耐温不耐腐 (not resistant to high temperatures or corrosion)—are required.

3. Features a fully automatic deviation correction mechanism for dynamic adjustment, ensuring the conveyor belt operates within the permitted process error range (±25mm); uses an automatic tensioning mechanism to prevent belt slippage.

4. Equipped with online microwave leakage detectors at the inlet and outlet of the conveyor belt; automatic alarm triggers if microwave leakage exceeds standards; microwave anti-leakage devices ensure leakage does not exceed 1mW/cm² (national standard is ≤5mW/cm²), greatly enhancing safety. 8. The conveyor belt is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with one smooth side and one rough side; the smooth side contacts the material to prevent sticking, while the rough side contacts the drive rollers to prevent slipping; the belt withstands temperatures up to 260°C, is wear-resistant, and ensures the material and belt do not contact any metal throughout the process.

9. High degree of automation: The entire process, from material feeding via the spreader to drying and discharge, is fully enclosed and automatically operated by PLC control programs according to set process curves, requiring no manual intervention and significantly saving labor.
