II. Characteristics of Microwave Balanced Drying Equipment:
Glass fiber microwave drying utilizes the material's own dielectric properties. Under the action of a high-frequency microwave electromagnetic field, polar molecules shift from their original random distribution to align according to the polarity of the electric field. The polar molecules in the medium change from their original thermal motion state to follow the alternating microwave electromagnetic field, generating intense friction and producing heat. In this microscopic process, microwave energy is converted into thermal energy within the medium, causing the medium's temperature to rise macroscopically. This is the basic principle of microwave internal heating for drying and removing free and crystalline water. In contrast, conventional coal, electricity, oil, and gas kilns have high energy consumption or produce pollution and exhaust emissions.
