YJ-0633A Drug Viscometer

This instrument, the YJ-0633A Drug Viscometer, is manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements specified in the Viscosity Determination Method 0633 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition. It is compatible with both Ostwald and Ubbelohde viscometers. Designed specifically for viscosity testing, the instrument consists of two parts: a water bath and a controller. The constant temperature viscosity bath provides a stable temperature field and testing platform. Additionally, the instrument can serve as a high-precision bath for other experiments. Its key features include: full plastic coating for durability, a double-layer tank structure, and a high-precision temperature controller for accurate temperature regulation.

I. Main Features

1. Equipped with an intelligent LCD temperature controller for fast temperature regulation, quick response, minimal overshoot, and a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C.
2. Features a hard glass tank and an insulated outer jacket tank (referred to as a double-layer tank), providing excellent insulation and clear sample observation.
3. Adopts a desktop, integrated design for overall instrument integrity and user convenience.
4. Includes a wired remote control timer button for timing display and control during experiments.
5. Utilizes an electric stirring device to ensure uniform temperature distribution within the bath.

6. The cooler and main unit are designed separately to prevent viscosity measurement errors caused by compressor vibrations.
