● Product Name: Double Glass Fiber Covered Wire

● Product Introduction: Glass fiber covered wire is manufactured according to customer requirements by evenly wrapping 1-2 layers of alkali-free glass fiber around a copper (aluminum) conductor. It is then impregnated and baked with insulating varnish that meets the required temperature index and compatibility, bonding the glass fibers together and to the conductor into a unified whole. Currently, this product is available in three temperature index grades: 130, 155, and 180, with insulation thickness generally in five grades: 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. This product is widely used in transformers, reactors, electromagnets, electromagnetic chucks, welding machines, or other similar electrical equipment windings.
