Structural Features and Working Principle
The LLK-F-F Float Type Flow Switch (see schematic diagram) is suitable for pipeline fluid with very low pressure, often in gravity-flow media applications. It mainly consists of a switch body, float, displacement rod, guide rod, sensor, etc. During operation, when fluid passes through the flow switch, the float drives the guide rod to move up and down, causing the sensor to activate and close (or open) the contact, thereby outputting (or interrupting) a current signal to achieve alarm or interlock with control equipment.
