I.     Features

LLK-B40A flow switch adopts the principle of direct action of the baffle shaft, featuring compact structure, excellent performance, and strong vibration resistance.

II.     Working Principle

As shown in the diagram, when fluid flows through the pipeline, it impacts the baffle, causing it to move along the shaft in the direction of fluid flow. The shaft and cam rotate simultaneously. When the flow rate is sufficient, the cam disengages from the microswitch, opening the microswitch contacts. When the flow decreases, the baffle moves toward the closed position under the action of the return spring. When the flow drops to a certain value, the cam triggers the microswitch contacts to close, thereby outputting an electrical signal for alarm or equipment interlocking.
