I. Overview of Wireless High Voltage Phase Tester
The KEWXH-A Wireless High Voltage Phase Tester is used for phase verification and phase sequence checking in power lines and substations. It features functions such as phase comparison, phase sequence measurement, and voltage detection. With strong anti-interference capabilities, it meets EMC standards and is suitable for various electromagnetic interference environments. The high-voltage phase signal is collected by the sensor, processed, and transmitted wirelessly. The phase tester receives the signal and performs phase comparison to determine the phase relationship. Due to its wireless transmission, it ensures safety, reliability, speed, and accuracy, making it suitable for various phase testing scenarios. 
II. Safety Precautions for Wireless High Voltage Phase Tester 
1. During on-site testing, operators must adhere to the high-voltage testing safety distance standards set by the power department.

V. Operating Instructions
1. Main Unit Testing 
(1) System self-check: 
Insert the dedicated test cable provided into an AC 220V power source. Place the two signal test rings on the X and Y sensor heads respectively. The main unit display should show X and Y in the same phase. If neither X nor Y is displayed, reverse the 220V plug.
(2) On-site verification
During on-site phase testing, first place both rods on the same phase for self-check.

Phase determination (same or different phase) is displayed in Chinese characters. During phase testing, observe the main unit display:
a. X and Y indicate signals received from the X and Y rods. 
b. If appears below X or appears below Y, it indicates low battery voltage in the X or Y rod. 
c. If appears above X and Y, it indicates the main unit voltage level. 
d. "Wireless High Voltage Phase Tester" displayed at the top indicates the main unit is powered on.
e. When the X rod, Y rod, or main unit battery is low, replace the batteries (Note: Replace batteries for both X and Y rods simultaneously).
f. If the main unit display shows abnormalities, turn it off and on again to restore normal operation.
3. Sensor Testing : 
Battery replacement: The new sensors use built-in high-performance batteries (normal service life: 4-6 years). For battery replacement, contact the company's after-sales service.
4. On-Site Phase Testing Instructions:
① First, attach the X and Y sensors to the same high-voltage line. The main unit display should show X and Y in the same phase.
② During high-voltage line phase testing, arrange the X and Y sensors as follows for phase comparison: AA′ same phase ≈000°, AB′ different phase ≈120°, BB′ same phase ≈000°, BC′ different phase ≈120°, CC′ same phase ≈000°.
③ For precise values, keep one sensor fixed at one point on the high-voltage line and move the other sensor around another point to find the exact phase angle. 
④ If AA′, AB′, BB′, BC′, and CC′ all show different phases, this may be due to different wiring groups in the two power supply lines, resulting in a 30° or 60° phase difference. The measurement standard in such cases (e.g., 30° phase difference) is as follows: Follow the same methods as ① and ②. The results should be: AA different phase 120°, BB different phase 120°, CC′ different phase 30° (Note: 120° and 240° indicate positive or negative phase sequence). 
⑤ For measurements ≥10KV, place X and Y directly on the conductor or insulation for phase testing. 
⑥ For ≥66KV phase testing, the X and Y sensors can be used in contact or non-contact mode (e.g., for 110KV and 220KV, place the sensor heads 300mm to 1000mm below the high-voltage line. For 500KV, place them 1000mm~2000mm below, with a lateral tolerance of 300mm).
⑦ Phase sequence measurement: Assume one line is phase A. Place X on phase A and Y on another phase. If 120° is displayed, it indicates positive phase sequence, and the phase should be "B". If 240° is displayed, it indicates negative phase sequence, and the phase should be "C".
⑧ Voltage detection: Attach one sensor to a high-voltage line. If the main unit displays the corresponding sensor symbol, the line is live. If not, the line is dead.
