I. Product Introduction
The KETCR4000 Dual-Clamp Digital Phase Volt-Ampere Meter is a multifunctional instrument specifically designed for on-site testing, featuring high precision, high stability, low power consumption, and ease of use. It can directly measure AC voltage and AC current without breaking the circuit under test, measure the phase between two voltages, two currents, and between voltage and current. Additionally, it can indirectly measure the power factor and power of the circuit, determine three-phase phase sequence, transformer wiring groups, inductive and capacitive circuits, test secondary circuits and bus differential protection systems, read the phase relationship between various CTs in differential protection, check the correctness of watt-hour meter wiring, and repair line equipment, among other functions.
The KETCR4000 Dual-Clamp Digital Phase Volt-Ampere Meter features an ultra-large LCD display with white backlight, providing clear visibility and an exquisite, luxurious appearance. It uses voltage transformers and current clamps for input, with no high voltage inside the unit. The two input channels are completely isolated, ensuring safety and reliability.

II. Product Features
1. Directly measure AC voltage and AC current without breaking the circuit under test, measure the phase between two voltages, two currents, and between voltage and current, determine three-phase phase sequence, transformer wiring groups, inductive and capacitive circuits, test secondary circuits and bus differential protection systems, read the phase relationship between various CTs in differential protection, check the correctness of watt-hour meter wiring, and repair line equipment, among other functions.
