▲ The eccentric drive of this machine is centrally located, enabling the entire sieve body to perform pure planar rotary motion, thereby achieving uniform screening effects across all areas of the sieve surface. The machine features a simple transmission system with only one belt connecting the pulley on the eccentric drive to the drive motor pulley. The rotary vibration frequency is 300 rpm. The sieve frame is equipped with cleaning balls to ensure effective cleaning of the sieve mesh, guaranteeing screening efficiency and quality.
▲ After screening, the material is further processed through a circulatory air separator to remove light impurities and dust, ensuring optimal cleaning results.
