DZW60-WK2 Multi-turn Intelligent Switch Type Electric Actuator Output Power

Multi-turn electric actuators are classified by explosion-proof type: standard type, outdoor type, and flameproof type.

By control method: conventional type, integrated type, and smart integrated type.

By connection type: torque type, power station type, and thrust type.

 The integral switch type is equipped with a remote control module, allowing remote jog or interlock operation, outputting a 4-20mA current feedback signal. It does not require a matching electric control box/cabinet for centralized control. On-site button control is available, while remote control is achieved through DCS or PLC centralized control, simultaneously outputting the corresponding 4-20mA feedback signal. It supports continuous operation via on-site buttons, as well as remote, centralized, and automatic control. It includes phase sequence identification and phase loss protection functions.

Installation, Dismantling, and Precautions

1. There are no principle requirements for the installation form of this electric actuator, but it is recommended to install it with the motor in a horizontal position and the electrical box cover horizontal or vertically upward. This facilitates lubrication, debugging, maintenance, and manual operation.

2. During installation, ensure sufficient space for maintenance personnel to dismantle various components.

3. The bolts connecting to the valve must not be below grade 8.8.

4. When dismantling is required, first rotate the manual handwheel several times and proceed with the valve slightly open.

5. During installation, dismantling, and debugging, do not damage the sealing surfaces, seals, or the explosion-proof surfaces of flameproof electric actuators. Apply anti-rust oil to flameproof surfaces, and ensure the electrical cover is tightly closed to prevent rain or moisture ingress.

6. Avoid collision of the sight window with hard objects.

7. This electric actuator is designed for short-time duty; continuous operation time must not exceed the nameplate calibration time.

8. If the valve is not used frequently, perform regular inspection, maintenance, and operational runs. It is recommended to do so at least once every 6.2   wiring months, with each run not exceeding 10 minutes.
