ACR ZB-401 Series

Product Overview:

PVC processing modifier ACR resin ZB-401 series is produced through emulsion polymerization of acrylate monomers. It is primarily used to enhance the processing performance of rigid PVC, promote the plasticization and melting of PVC resin, lower processing temperatures, and improve the appearance quality of products. It increases the thermal flow properties and extrusion speed of PVC resin, enhances melt strength, improves elongation properties, and results in more uniform PVC products with improved mechanical strength and other physical properties. The product is a white amorphous powder, insoluble in water and ethanol, but can dissolve or swell in ethers, ketones, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It complies with hygiene standards (GB9681-88).
