Product Overview:

The PVC Foaming Regulator 7 Series is produced through a multi-step emulsion polymerization process using acrylate monomers. Its main characteristics include high melt strength along with excellent plasticizing properties. It effectively improves the cell uniformity of rigid PVC foam products, promotes the plasticization and melting of PVC resin, and enhances the appearance quality of the products, making it suitable for various types of foam products. When used as a processing aid, due to its high melt strength and fast plasticizing performance, it significantly increases melt strength, providing better surface smoothness to the products or allowing for increased filler usage under the same conditions. The product is a white amorphous powder, insoluble in water and ethanol, and can dissolve or swell in ethers, ketones, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The product complies with hygiene standards (GB9681-88).
