KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner, independently developed and produced by Jinan Kaidi Company, is a low-cost cleaning agent designed for removing coal tar residues and related equipment deposits. Kaidi KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner is a water-based, environmentally friendly cleaner with strong penetration, dispersion, solubilization, and emulsification capabilities. It exhibits excellent cleaning power for grease and dirt, with superior degreasing and stain removal performance. This product contains no inorganic ions, is antistatic, easy to rinse, and leaves little to no residue. It enables low-foam cleaning, improves working conditions, and prevents environmental pollution. Additionally, it effectively protects the surfaces of cleaned materials from corrosion during the cleaning process.

In coking plants, gas pipelines, coal tar storage tanks, various gas generators, and intercoolers are prone to accumulating coal tar residues, oil coke, tar, and other deposits over prolonged use. This not only causes significant inconvenience to equipment operation but may also lead to safety incidents. Therefore, removing various types of coal tar from equipment surfaces is crucial. Currently, this product has been widely applied in the aforementioned chemical industries.

Applications of Kaidi Coal Tar Residue Cleaner:

Suitable for cleaning heavy oil stains and coal tar residues in various pipelines of coking plants, hardware components, precision metal parts, electroplated parts, electronic components, bearings, stamped parts, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, as well as in mechanical manufacturing and repair, automotive manufacturing and repair, agricultural machinery repair, and equipment maintenance and upkeep.

Usage Instructions for Kaidi Coal Tar Residue Cleaner:
1. Concentration: Add the cleaner to water at a concentration of 5%-10%. Higher concentrations enhance cleaning power, and manual cleaning may require relatively higher concentrations.
2. Cleaning Temperature: It can be used at room temperature, but cleaning effectiveness is better at temperatures between 50-80°C.
3. For heavily soiled areas or high-melting-point greases, manually or mechanically remove some of the sludge first, then use KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner with heating for cleaning.
4. Depending on the characteristics of the items to be cleaned and the degree of soiling, methods such as immersion, brushing, soaking, spraying, boiling, or ultrasonic cleaning can be employed.

5. For optimal results, mix Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner with Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L214 Coal Tar Coke Residue Cleaner in a 1:1 ratio.

1. Packaging: 25kg/plastic drum; 200kg/plastic drum.
2. Storage: Shelf life of 2 years; store in a cool, dry place.
