I. Overview:

The TZ-300 Parking Brake Performance Tester is developed by Zibo Taizhan Electronic Products Co., Ltd. for measuring vehicle parking brake performance. The instrument uses a force sensor to measure the braking force during parking brake application and converts the slope-based parking brake method to a flat-road braking method through a mechanical device. It addresses the challenges of limited space at urban motor vehicle inspection stations and the inconvenience of constructing standard slopes, providing a convenient and accurate testing solution for brake performance road tests as specified in "Technical Specifications for Safety of Motor Vehicles Operating on Roads" (GB7258-2017) and "Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Items and Methods" (GB21861).
During the measurement process, the instrument detects parking braking force in real time. It features simple operation and easy installation, making it suitable for motor vehicle inspection stations, accident vehicle inspections, auto repair shops, and more.
