Equipment Introduction:

The principle of the bubble washing machine mainly involves using the water in the tank of the equipment, which is circulated by a high-pressure water pump. The tank is equipped with a conveyor mesh belt or chain plate driven by a conveyor motor. When the raw materials pass through the tank, the vortex fan will pump air into the bottom of the tank to form bubbles. The bubbles cause the water flow to churn, thereby making the raw materials tumble. After washing, the conveyor device lifts the raw materials out of the tank.

The bubble washing machine is mainly used for washing vegetables, aquatic products, red dates, and jujubes. It can also be used for washing carrots, apples, potatoes, and other root vegetables. Upon exiting the water, high-pressure spray heads are installed at the top for rinsing.
