TC11 alloy is an α-β type heat-resistant titanium alloy with excellent comprehensive properties. It exhibits outstanding thermal strength (high-temperature strength, creep resistance, etc.) below 500°C, along with high room-temperature strength. This alloy also offers good hot workability (including conventional processability and superplasticity), and can be welded and machined in various ways. Currently, with the expanding application of TC11 alloy, its β heat treatment and isothermal forging have seen rapid development.

Through hot deformation in the α+β region and heat treatment in the α+β region, the maximum long-term working temperature of TC11 alloy reaches 500°C. Semi-finished products include rods, forgings, die forgings, and castings.

3. The diameter tolerances for turned (polished) rods after hot working and for cold-rolled or cold-drawn rods shall comply with industry regulations.

4. The out-of-roundness of turned (polished) rods after hot working shall not exceed half of their dimensional tolerance.
