To address the issue of airport runway foundation subsidence, high-performance airport runway grouting material achieves rapid reinforcement through pressure grouting technology. This material has an initial fluidity greater than 320mm, allowing it to fully penetrate into foundation voids; with a 2-hour vertical expansion rate of 0.1%-0.3%, it effectively lifts the subsided pavement. In the treatment of airport runway foundation subsidence, the grouting material achieves a 3-day compressive strength of 40MPa and a bond strength with the base layer of 2.5MPa, successfully restoring runway smoothness.

In the treatment of airfield pavement subsidence, the grouting material demonstrates excellent fluidity retention. The 30-minute fluidity retention value remains as high as 280mm, meeting the demands of large-scale grouting operations. Through optimized particle size design (maximum particle size ≤0.8mm), the material can be injected into cracks as small as 0.2mm, forming a uniform reinforcement system. Testing shows that after grouting, the deflection value of the airfield pavement is reduced by more than 60%, effectively enhancing the pavement's load-bearing capacity.

To address uneven settlement of apron pavement, the grouting material employs a composite expansion component. During the curing phase, it generates continuous expansion pressure, precisely lifting the settled areas. Its 7-day flexural strength is 6.5MPa, with an elastic modulus of 18GPa, ensuring coordinated deformation with the existing pavement. After grouting reinforcement, the apron pavement smoothness deviation is ≤2mm/3m, meeting the operational requirements of precision equipment.

This grouting material achieves a balance between high fluidity and early strength through ultra-fine active mineral admixture technology. Even at a water-to-material ratio of 0.18, it maintains good pumpability, with a single-hole grouting influence radius of up to 1.2m. The material achieves a 28-day impermeability grade of P14 and freeze-thaw resistance exceeding F300, ensuring long-term stability of the reinforcement effect.

The construction utilizes an intelligent grouting system that monitors grouting pressure and flow changes in real time. Grouting pressure is controlled between 0.5-1.0MPa, and elevation restoration is precisely managed through a lifting monitoring system. Traffic can be reopened just 2 hours after grouting, as the grouted body forms a complete load-bearing system with the base layer. After 10,000 fatigue load tests, no interlayer detachment has been observed.
