Energy-storage luminescent coating technology involves applying a flame-retardant, energy-storing, and luminescent coating to tunnel walls. This coating absorbs energy from any light source (including car headlights, electric lights, and even mobile phone lights) and can continuously emit light for over 12 hours in darkness. It features enhanced brightness, delayed luminescence, scrub resistance, stain resistance, and a long service life. Its light waves have the special ability to penetrate smoke during or after the emergency extinguishing of a light source, providing emergency illumination to ensure safe driving sight distances and reduce accidents. In the event of a tunnel fire, it can offer lighting for emergency evacuation, minimizing loss of life and property.
"Execution Standards and Technical Requirements for Energy-Storage Luminescent Multifunctional Coating (Flame-Retardant Type)"
I. Product Execution Standards
The product's radioactivity shall comply with: GB 6566-2010 requirements; Limits of hazardous substances shall comply with: GB 18582-2008 requirements; Combustion performance shall comply with: GB 8624-2012 requirements; Antibacterial performance shall comply with: HG/T 3950-2007 requirements; Mold resistance shall comply with: GB/T 1741-2007 requirements; Antistatic performance shall comply with: GB/T 22374-2018 requirements; Air negative ion generation of the material shall comply with: HG/T 4109-2009 requirements; Physical and chemical performance testing shall fully comply with the national standard JG/T 446-2014 requirements.
II. Construction Process
1) Site Cleaning
First, set up clear safety warnings and指示 signs at both ends of the tunnel requiring construction, use reflective cones to封闭 the construction area, and then thoroughly sweep all遗留 garbage from the ground at the construction site with a broom.
2) Base Treatment
For areas where ordinary decorative paint has peeled or脱落, use a roller to moisten with water, then scrape off with a putty knife, and clean the concrete wall surface with clean water.
For areas on the original fireproof coating surface that require construction, sweep surface dust and loosely adhered substances with a broom. For areas with oil stains or other difficult-to-clean substances, use a wire brush to remove thoroughly, followed by a blow dryer to blow clean.
3) Spraying Fireproof Energy-Storage Luminescent Primer
Protect facilities such as lighting fixtures within the work area with plastic bags or film. Fully cover the road surface and cable trench with彩条布 for 100 meters of full protection.
Before construction, set out lines from the design height above the cable trench on the tunnel wall, ensuring the waist line is straight with a height error not exceeding 3cm over 100 meters. During spraying, shield areas above the design height with plywood to avoid contamination.
During construction, first mix the fireproof energy-storage luminescent primer evenly, then apply a uniform coat on the prepared base. After surface drying, apply another evenly mixed coat of primer.
Spraying should result in even color, no missed spots, no sagging, and no significant color difference. As the substrate is uneven, thickness can be ensured based on coating usage, with an approximate usage of 0.45kg/m² for subway applications.
4) Spraying Fireproof Energy-Storage Luminescent Topcoat
Apply one coat of topcoat.
Before construction, set out lines from the design height above the cable trench on the tunnel wall, ensuring the waist line is straight with a height error not exceeding 3cm over 100 meters. During spraying, shield areas above the design height with plywood to avoid contamination.
During construction, mix the luminescent topcoat evenly with a portable electric mixer. Spray each surface starting from the edge towards the opposite side, completing in one pass to avoid marks. Prevent透底 and sagging during spraying; ensure even application with no missed spots or sagging. Topcoat usage is approximately 0.3kg/m².
5) Spraying Anti-Stain Sealer
Coating thickness requirements:
1. Primer (dry film thickness): 120μm
2. Topcoat (dry film thickness): 80μm
3. Sealer (dry film thickness): 40μm
