Acrylic Emulsion Cement Mortar Technology for Anti-Corrosion Mortar

Acrylic latex mortar, short for acrylic copolymer emulsion cement mortar, is a type of polymer-modified cement mortar. It is a new repair material for concrete structures, offering excellent properties such as adhesion, crack resistance, waterproofing, chloride ion penetration resistance, abrasion resistance, and aging resistance. Compared to resin-based repair materials, it has advantages like lower cost, better aging resistance, ease of operation, simple construction techniques, and reliable quality assurance. It is suitable for anti-seepage, anti-corrosion surface protection, and repair projects in reinforced concrete structures for water conservancy, highways, industrial, and civil buildings.

1. Used for repairing and reinforcing surface defects of concrete, and leveling uneven surfaces;

2. Thickening of protective layers, restoration of old concrete surfaces, etc.;

3. Improving the durability of concrete, extending its service life, and preventing erosion by water-carried media such as acids, alkalis, salts, CO2, and SO3;

4. The included rust inhibitor provides anti-corrosion functionality with low chloride ion diffusion rate, effectively preventing deicing salts and freeze-thaw cycles from corroding and damaging reinforcement bars;

5. Repair thickness greater than 5mm.
