- Storage Tank: Used to store prepared WFI, typically made of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and sealing, ensuring water quality and hygiene. Storage tanks are usually equipped with accessories like level gauges, breathers, and thermometers for real-time monitoring of liquid level, gas exchange, and temperature.
- Distribution Piping: Transports WFI to various points of use. Piping is typically made of 316L stainless steel with smooth inner surfaces to minimize bacterial and microbial growth. 2. Working Principle: First, the raw water undergoes preliminary purification through the pretreatment system to remove impurities, hardness, organic matter, etc. It then passes through the reverse osmosis system to further eliminate ions and small molecular substances. Finally, the water is heated and evaporated via the distillation unit, then condensed into distilled water, removing microorganisms, pyrogens, and other impurities to obtain WFI that meets standards.
