Product Introduction

The FW-2 High Negative Pressure Gas Sampler is suitable for gas drainage pipeline systems. It is a specialized tool for collecting gas samples under negative pressure conditions. It is portable for fieldwork and easy to operate. The sampler consists of components such as an intake connector, outlet connector, rubber plug valve, pull rod, piston, air cylinder, and sealing rings.

Usage Method

Before collecting a gas sample, connect the intake interface on the side of the sampler to the measurement nozzle at the inlet end of the orifice flow meter. Connect the outlet interface at the top to the gas detector.

During gas extraction, the rubber plug valve inside the side intake connector automatically opens, allowing high negative pressure gas to flow into the air cylinder.

When pumping gas, quickly push the piston to open the core valve inside the top outlet connector. The rubber plug valve in the side intake connector automatically closes, allowing the gas to flow into the high-concentration gas detector, thereby measuring the gas concentration.
