Product Features

The rack body is made of cold-rolled steel plate material with electroplating and spray coating, adopting a welded enclosed structure. It features an aesthetically pleasing appearance and a sturdy structure. The left and right side panels are embedded and detachable, while the doors are externally mounted. The rack has a dual-door structure at the front and rear, with magnetic suction used to secure each door at the top and bottom. The doors are equipped with movable hinges for flexible removal. The door opening angle should be no less than 110°.

The rack is designed for front operation.

Optical cables and pigtails enter the rack from the top. The fiber entry holes should be protected with fiber guards and provide sufficient fiber passage area.

When mounting racks side by side, the side panels should be removed.

The rack features a comprehensive grounding system: the top of the rack is welded with an M8×20 stud, and the bottom has an M8 grounding screw for rack grounding, ensuring electrical conductivity. The optical cable strength member and armor layer are effectively grounded while remaining insulated from each other.

Mechanical moving parts: Mechanical moving parts should operate smoothly, with a door opening angle of no less than 110° and a gap of no more than 3mm.

Adapter type: Suitable for the installation of SC (or FC-type) fiber optic adapters. The adapters are mounted on a 12-core fusion splicing and patching integrated tray. The tray is installed on the rack tray bracket. (Capacity can be customized based on user requirements).

The bending radius of the incoming optical cable should be no less than 15 times the cable diameter. The bending radius of the fiber core and pigtail should be no less than 30mm, regardless of their position.

All plastic components are made of flame-retardant materials and comply with the FV0 level requirements of GB2408.
