High-concentration eco-friendly water-based webbing stiffener textile auxiliary fabric hardening stiffening finishing agent

I. Product Introduction:

Jianda Adhesive Synthetic Latex 2195 (2195-3) is a stable and easy-to-use vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion for fabric stiffening. It is suitable for stiffening finishes on various types of fibers, imparting a stiff and smooth hand feel to the fabric.

II. Application Information:

Jianda Adhesive Synthetic Latex 2195 (2195-3) is applied using a roller coating method after dilution to the desired solid content.

Curing/Drying: Drying and curing time and temperature depend on the type of drying and curing machinery used.

III. Mechanical Stability:

Jianda Adhesive Synthetic Latex 2195 (2195-3) has good mechanical stability and excellent processing performance, and can be used in combination with other vinyl acetate or acrylic emulsions.

V. Storage Conditions:

The product should be stored in a sealed container, protected from freezing and high temperatures. Whenever possible, it should be used within six months. The recommended normal storage temperature is between 10 - 35°C.

Usage Instructions:

1. Dilute with appropriate warm water according to the required stiffness of the textile, then impregnate and apply the adhesive.

2. The fabric to be coated should be clean and dust-free.

3. Adjust the amount of water added based on the desired hardness of the product; less water results in higher stiffness.

4. After dilution, mix thoroughly. Filter if necessary before sizing.

5. The amount of adhesive applied should be determined based on the material and desired stiffness.

6. Prepare and use immediately to avoid deterioration due to contamination if left standing for too long.

7. Use clean, room-temperature water. The ratio of adhesive to water is 1:1.
