ZY-1500R IGBT Static Parameter Test System

System Overview:

An intelligent test system developed for the static parameter testing requirements of IGBT modules in rail transit, featuring a high degree of automation. It operates automatically according to the program set by the operator. The computer records test results, which can be converted and stored in text or Excel format. The working sequence, switching action status, and data acquisition are all jointly completed by the computer and PLC configured in the equipment.

The testing method is flexible, capable of testing single-unit and multi-unit modules. The system is safe and stable, with an integrated wheeled cabinet for testing. It features a simple human-machine interface (computer) and excellent protective measures, offering easy operation and convenient mobility.
