Product Applications
1. High-purity gas-phase nano alumina is used in lithium battery separator materials to improve high-temperature resistance and safety; also used in lithium battery anodes to enhance conductivity and reversible discharge capacity; used for cathode coating to improve temperature resistance and safety; used as a coating for lithium battery electrodes to provide thermal insulation and insulation, improving safety performance;
2. Doping aluminum from high-purity gas-phase nano alumina into lithium cobalt oxide can form a solid solution, stabilize the crystal lattice, and improve rate performance and cycle performance;
3. Coating lithium cobalt oxide with high-purity nano alumina can improve thermal stability, cycle performance, and overcharge resistance; it prevents the generation of oxygen and decomposition of LiPF6, avoids direct contact between LiCoO2 and electrolyte, reduces electrochemical specific capacity loss, thereby enhancing the electrochemical specific capacity of LiCoO2;
4. Doping with aluminum ions from nano alumina can increase battery voltage and improve battery safety;
5. High-purity gas-phase nano alumina is used to modify spinel lithium manganate materials, producing batteries with large reversible capacity;
6. Petrochemical industry: catalysts, catalyst carriers, and automotive exhaust purification materials;
7. Polishing materials: submicron/nanoscale abrasive materials, polishing of monocrystalline silicon wafers, and precision polishing materials.
Packaging and Storage
