Nano titanium nitride (TiN) is prepared by aerosol ablation method, featuring high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, high nitrogen content, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high hardness, excellent infrared absorption performance (over 80%), ultraviolet shielding greater than 85%. It can be applied in thermal insulation coatings and automotive ceramic films to provide thermal insulation and temperature control. This material has good electrical conductivity and can be used as conductive materials such as electrodes and electrical contacts for molten salt electrolysis. It is highly effective for toughening ceramics and high-temperature structural ceramics.

Product Applications
1. Application of nano titanium nitride in packaging materials for high barrier properties and solving yellowing characteristics: Using nano-TiN composite barrier technology, Nano-TiN is compounded with resin to form composite materials. These nanoparticles can block molecular gaps, making it difficult for gases to diffuse and penetrate, thereby improving the barrier properties of resins and plastics. Since the amount of nano material added is very small, this material can be directly applied in various existing processes without the need to update equipment. An addition ratio of one ten-thousandth can ensure the transparency and clarity of polyester, improving barrier performance by more than 8 times. Due to the high nitrogen content of our titanium nitride, the dispersed titanium nitride slurry is light blue, which can mask the yellowing characteristics of polyester itself (solving yellowing) without adding any colorants, reducing the need for customers to add large amounts of colorants and lowering costs;
2. Application in PET engineering plastics: A small amount of nano titanium nitride powder can be used in thermoplastic engineering plastics such as PET, PA, etc., as a crystallization nucleating agent. By dispersing nano titanium nitride in ethylene glycol to prepare a nano slurry, and through polymerization, nano titanium nitride is better dispersed in PET engineering plastics, which can accelerate the crystallization rate of PET engineering plastics, simplify molding, and expand the application range of PET engineering plastics. At the same time, the numerous nano titanium nitride particles dispersed in PET can significantly improve the wear resistance and impact resistance of PET engineering plastics due to the nano effect;
3. Application of high thermal radiation coatings: High nitrogen content nano-TiN powder is a key material for high thermal radiation coating materials used at high temperatures. The coating material developed by adding this component, prepared by plasma spraying technology, has been found to significantly improve thermal radiation performance. This product is mainly used in high-temperature furnace energy saving, etc.;
4. For developing lead-free solder materials, incorporating trace amounts of titanium nitride nano powder into alloys such as tin, silver, copper, zinc, etc., can reduce the melting temperature by 200°C, make the generated alloy more uniform, reduce the temperature of oxide solid solution by 30°C, achieving the same usage temperature as the original lead-tin solder. If wettability can be further improved, it would solve the application difficulty of existing lead-free solders;
5. The challenges in preparing green electronic materials without using harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, and high-valent chromium, high-temperature bonding glass phase lead-free, cadmium-free ceramic media, and encapsulation glass glaze are high solid-phase synthesis temperature, high softening point, and high ceramic formation temperature. Adding trace amounts of titanium nitride nano powder can reduce the solid-phase reaction temperature by 200°C. Even a reduction of 50°C, allowing the use of original process equipment, would be a major breakthrough. Titanium oxide and its solid solutions are themselves components in electronic materials; introducing them in nano form may bring beneficial performance mutations;
6. Pollution control regulations restrict the use of bromine (Br) and benzene polymers, posing challenges for electronic flame-retardant types and plastic shell skeletons. If trace amounts of nano powders such as silicon nitride, silicon carbide, titanium nitride, and titanium carbide are added to engineering plastics, not only can mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, etc., be increased, but if they can replace the performance of bromine-containing flame retardant materials, it would be a significant breakthrough for the application of organic polymers;
7. Applications in other fields: In nano-composite hard cutting tools, hard alloys, high-temperature ceramic conductive materials, heat and wear-resistant materials, dispersion-strengthened materials, etc. It can also be used in electrode catalysts for fuel cells, anti-static materials, and conductive ceramics.

Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in inert gas-filled plastic bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidation and agglomeration, which would affect dispersion performance and usage effects.
