Tile adhesive

Zhongliang Paint Technology Department has successfully developed a highly adhesive "Tile Adhesive" to address the challenge of renovating tile and mosaic walls (traditional methods involve chiseling off the original tiles and mosaics embedded in the wall and reapplying plaster, which prolongs the construction period and increases costs). It is a cationic, two-component, functionally cross-linked with alkali, high-adhesion filler, directly applied to fill the tiled surface, making renovations economical and fast.

Mainly applicable for:

Repairing, covering, and leveling various old substrates such as tiles, glazed tiles, and mosaics. It creates a brand-new load-bearing layer for the next coating, playing a key role in the renovation of tile surfaces. Also suitable for leveling and scraping new and old cement mortar plaster substrates.

Adhesion principle:

Combines with the positive and negative ions of the substrate (usually negatively charged). Features alkali-functional cross-linking with the substrate. Contains strong bonding agents. Characteristics:

Strong adhesion, excellent load-bearing capacity, and no cracking during long-term use. No shrinkage during the drying process, with good leveling performance. Easy to apply with excellent workability. Exceptional waterproofing, no peeling after long-term exposure to water. High alkali resistance, preventing the leaching of alkaline substances. An excellent substrate for various coatings (excluding solvent resin types).
