Usage and maintenance of the Shengzhong brand bottom-scraping stirring wok, specially designed for mooncake fillings:
1) The equipment features fully automatic planetary stirring. Before each shift, check all transmission parts and add lubricating oil to prevent dry grinding and equipment damage.
2) Check that all electrical circuits are intact, connections are secure, and fuses are appropriate. Only proceed with heating after ensuring everything is correct.
3) Before starting, check the amount of thermal oil added. The oil level should be 8 cm below the oil filler port.
4) During normal use, the two oil inlets on the upper edge of the pot should not be blocked after adding oil; keep them open during heating. Turn off the electric heating power after each day's operation.
5) Operators should not work with water. Stop operation if there is any external oil leakage.
