The milk pasteurization production line is widely used for fresh milk, yogurt, goat milk, etc. This small-scale pasteurization machine can fully simulate the production conditions of industrial pasteurizers, integrating heating, sterilization, emulsification, and cooling. The production line features a fully automated design, with the entire process controlled by a computer system, saving both labor and resources, and enabling automated production for your enterprise. Pasteurized Milk Production Line Pasteurization Principle: Utilizing the growth characteristics of bacteria, within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacterial reproduction, and the higher the temperature, the faster the reproduction. The general growth temperature is 28-37 degrees Celsius, but at higher temperatures, bacteria die. Different bacteria have different optimal growth temperatures and varying heat and cold resistance. Pasteurization takes advantage of the fact that pathogens are not very heat-resistant, using appropriate temperatures and holding times to eliminate them entirely. However, after pasteurization, a small number of harmless and beneficial, heat-resistant bacteria and bacterial spores remain. Therefore, pasteurized milk must be stored at around 4 degrees Celsius and can only be kept for 3-10 days, up to a maximum of 16 days.

5. The public utilities in the workshop, including water (tap water), electricity (equipment power and lighting), heating and sterilization hot water, and cooling tap water, should be modified according to the partitioning of dairy and beverage workshops.
6. Installation and debugging are expected to take 7-10 days, with extensions in case of special circumstances;
7. For new enterprises, during the installation and debugging phase, to ensure that equipment operators and maintenance personnel can quickly familiarize themselves with the equipment, they should be assigned fixed positions to facilitate training and on-site instruction by our team;
