The sausage stuffer uses advanced technology, employing pneumatic and photoelectric control principles, enabling continuous automatic quantitative stuffing and production of various food sausages. Sausage processing workflow:
Selection of raw meat → Cutting → Curing → Grinding/Chopping → Mixing filling → Filling/Tying → Fermentation → Smoking → Cooking → Drying
Sausage stuffing equipment operation sequence:
After disinfecting the impeller, blades, and flange of the sausage stuffer, install them on the machine in the correct order. First, secure the impeller, then install the blades with the open side facing downward, press the centering flange tightly, reassemble the hopper, and reset the locking switch.
Note: When reassembling the hopper, handle it gently to avoid damaging parts.
1. This sausage stuffer requires air during operation, so before starting, turn on the air compressor and adjust the air pressure to around 6 kg (0.6 MPa). Open the air release valve, connect the power supply, then turn on the machine's power switch. The machine will display a standby screen. Press the start button to switch the screen, touch the screen, and connect the motor power supply.
2. Selection of working mode: There are three working modes to choose from—Direct mode, Manual mode, Automatic mode.
(1) Direct mode: In direct mode, press the direct confirmation button on the screen, turn on the vacuum pump, and open the filling switch. Press the knee switch to discharge material, release to stop. This mode is suitable for stuffing straight casings.
(2) Manual mode: During filling, manual mode allows quantitative discharge of material. After confirming manual mode, press the quantitative setting button, and set the amount of material to be discharged as required. Turn on the vacuum pump and filling switch, and press the knee switch once to discharge material once. Manual mode can be connected to a linker to complete the linking process. When connected to a linker, connect the linking system, install the appropriate filling tube, select the linking step, confirm linking, start the servo motor, select the number of twists, adjust the servo motor speed, turn on the vacuum pump and filling signal. Press the knee switch once, and the machine will continuously twist; press again to stop.
(3) Automatic mode: Automatic mode is connected to a clipper, with mutual control of the filling signal. After confirming automatic mode, select the weight to be filled, choose the appropriate filling tube and connect it to the clipper, start the vacuum pump and filling signal. The signal transmitted from the clipper will trigger the sausage stuffer to complete one discharge.
