This character overlay device can superimpose and display date, time, graphics, and Chinese/English character information on standard HDMI video signals. It is primarily used in TV surveillance scenarios to overlay Chinese characters and other information onto video signals. After the video signal is overlaid with Chinese characters, the monitor can display information about the surveillance location.
