Car Refrigerator PI Heating Film can be customized according to different temperature requirements by sandwiching it between insulating carriers made of various materials (such as mica sheets, polyester film PI, polyimide film) to form the desired electric heating element. The product has an electrical strength of 1500V, a temperature-controlled dry burning life of ≥9000 hours, operates at voltages from 2-240V AC or DC, with a surface temperature range of 50-260°C. Dimensions can be customized based on customer designs.

Car Refrigerator PI Heating Film: It consists of conductive ink and special alloy current-carrying strips sandwiched between two polyester films, prepared through printing and hot-pressing techniques to form a specific specification resistive film with a thickness of approximately 0.20mm. When current passes through the film, it emits infrared heat, creating a thermal radiation source with an operating temperature ≤260°C. Hence, it is also known as low-temperature radiation electric heating film or light wave warm card. Zhuohui heating film boasts a thermal conversion rate of up to 95%, saving over 30% energy compared to conventional heating elements. The product has strong far-infrared radiation, generating wavelengths of 2-14μm during operation, providing sunlight-like warmth that is beneficial to human health.
