1. The electric desulfurization butterfly valve produced by our company is specifically designed for power plant desulfurization and denitrification projects. It fully considers the corrosion and wear of the desulfurization slurry on the valve, ensuring that the valve disc lining is the only component in contact with the slurry, while other parts are protected from corrosion by limestone (or lime paste) slurry. Therefore, the valve body and stem do not require expensive alloy (2205) materials, significantly reducing costs. The unique valve seat design of the desulfurization butterfly valve completely isolates the valve body from the fluid medium. Compared to other similar valves, it features the best valve seat fixation method, quick on-site replacement of the valve seat, zero leakage, and low friction. The butterfly valve disc is made of high-performance alloy (2205) material, effectively resisting corrosion and wear from the slurry.
2. The main structure consists of components such as the valve body, valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, and transmission operating mechanism. The valve seat adopts a detachable design and can be made of materials resistant to high temperatures, low temperatures, corrosion, light, and aging, depending on the physical and chemical characteristics of the medium.
3. The centerline structure with no eccentric design ensures significantly low operating torque, making it highly economical when equipped with an electric actuator. The rubber-lined structure features a precisely machined circular sealing surface on the disc with high smoothness, resulting in extremely low friction against the rubber valve seat and extended valve service life. The flow characteristics of the disc sealing surface are linear, with a small flow resistance coefficient, ensuring low flow resistance. The uniquely designed molded rubber valve seat offers excellent balance and support, effectively preventing damage to the rubber caused by uneven force. When the valve is fully closed, the rubber is in an optimal compressed state to maintain zero leakage.
4. The inner and outer surfaces of the ductile iron valve body can be treated with high-temperature electrostatic epoxy resin powder coating, which provides high corrosion resistance and strong adhesion to the ductile iron substrate. The coating thickness ranges from 0.2 to 0.5 mm.
5. Compatible with ZTD, ZTHQ, and other series of electric actuators, it can be controlled for switching using AC220V or AC380V power supply. No additional servo amplifier is required. Input signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5A DC) enable regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow, and temperature.
