The company's main products include a series of storage tanks with an inner diameter of less than 25 meters and pipelines with an inner diameter of less than 15 meters. We can supply fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) products, polyvinyl chloride composite FRP (PVC/FRP) products, polypropylene composite FRP (PP/FRP) products, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) products, and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) products that meet domestic and international standards such as Chinese National Standards, American Standards (ASME), German Standards (DIN), and Japanese Standards (JIS). We provide a wide range of composite material products year-round, including FRP storage tanks, towers, tower internals, special-shaped parts, pipelines, pipe fittings, gratings, chimneys, flues, polymer cable trays, pultruded profiles, and more. Our products feature a high-resin-content corrosion-resistant inner lining, a fiber-wound reinforcement layer, and an outer anti-UV aging layer. Through the rational ratio of resin and fiber, the containers can achieve multi-level, multi-angle, and multi-tangent head encapsulation. The overall inflatable winding process meets the needs of users for storing and transporting various organic and inorganic media. The products have a low-temperature working temperature of generally -50 degrees Celsius, while high-temperature desulfurization towers, chimneys, and flues can withstand temperatures up to 220 degrees Celsius. The maximum pressure resistance for container products is 8 MPa, and for pipeline products, it is up to 16 MPa. Through scientific design and manufacturing, our products offer advantages such as pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and insulation.
