Because cartridge mechanical seals are pre-assembled into a unit, installation on the equipment is more convenient, faster, and ensures sealing.
Easy installation: After inspection and pressure testing, it is sleeved onto the shaft in the seal chamber, fixed with set screws, the gland bolts are tightened, the cartridge positioning piece is removed, and the mechanical seal is ready to operate in parallel, starting operation. This not only makes assembly easy but also maintains assembly quality.
