Extended Stem Ball Valveis widely used in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, pharmaceutical and other pipelines as a medium diversion, confluence or flow direction switching device.
The extended stem ball valve can be directly buried underground without the need for large valve wells, only requiring small shallow wells on the ground, saving construction costs and project time. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the pipeline construction and design requirements. The ball is precision machined, easy to operate, and free from interference.
The extended stem ball valve consists of a fully welded valve body and carbon-reinforced Teflon sealing gaskets, allowing long-term operation under frequent operation, with impurities and chemicals. The finely ground stainless steel ball ensures smooth opening and closing for many years and stable operation. The floating ball structure and inclined elasticity ensure that the sealing ring is tightly pressed against the ball, providing tight sealing even under low pressure. The anti-leakage structure of the valve stem uses two "O"-rings, ensuring smooth rotation and tight sealing. Compared with similar products in the same industry, the valve body is smaller and more aesthetically pleasing. It also prevents the risk of gas accidents, making the fully welded ball valve a relatively safe valve. For direct burial ball valve transmission, the operator does not need to enter underground; transmission operations can be performed above ground, ensuring safety and convenience.
