Product Advantages: Traditional ball valves, whether floating or fixed, have the ball in constant contact with the seat, resulting in high opening and closing torque and easy damage to the sealing surface. However, the orbit ball valve first deflects and then rotates during opening and closing. Throughout the entire process, the ball is separated from the seat, so the seat is not scratched, and the opening and closing torque is small.

5、Wedge seal structure. The valve is sealed by the mechanical force provided by the stem, which wedges the ball against the seat. Ensures stable sealing performance unaffected by pipeline pressure differences.

6、Self-cleaning structure of the sealing surface. When the ball tilts away from the seat, the fluid in the pipeline flows evenly along the ball's sealing surface, not only reducing local erosion of the seat by high-speed fluid but also washing away accumulated deposits on the sealing surface, achieving self-cleaning.
