Overview of F46 Lined Ball Valve A ball valve uses a sphere with a circular through-hole as the closing element. The sphere rotates with the stem around the centerline of the valve body to open or close the valve. Our company's lined ball valve series, model Q41F46, features a split two-piece structure. Structural Features 1. The use of a special FEP molding process ensures high density of the sealing surface. Combined with V-type PTFE packing, the valve achieves zero leakage. 2. The ball and stem are cast as one piece, eliminating the risk of the stem being ejected due to pressure changes and ensuring operational safety. 3.
