Product Specifications: DN80 L=300 (316L flange, one end loose sleeve)   Material Properties: 1. Copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether. Enhanced melt adhesion, reduced melt viscosity, with no change in properties compared to polytetrafluoroethylene. This resin can be directly processed into products using conventional thermoplastic molding methods. 2. Long-term service temperature range: -80 to 260 degrees Celsius. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to all chemicals. Low friction coefficient among plastics, along with excellent electrical properties. Its electrical insulation is unaffected by temperature, earning it the title "King of Plastics." 3. Its chemical resistance is similar to polytetrafluoroethylene and better than polyvinylidene fluoride. 4. Superior creep resistance and compressive strength compared to polytetrafluoroethylene, with high tensile strength and elongation reaching 100-300%. Excellent dielectric properties and outstanding radiation resistance. Flame retardancy reaches V0 level. 5. Suitable for manufacturing corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant and friction-reducing components, seals, insulating parts, and medical device components. 6. High-temperature wire and cable insulation, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump and valve bushings, and chemical containers.
