I. Overview

The JSN(W)Ⅰ series mechanical five-prevention interlock is a type of lock for high-voltage switchgear equipment that was first developed and introduced by our factory in the 1980s. This lock enforces operators to follow established safety procedures for the correct operation of electrical equipment, thereby preventing misoperation accidents and fully meeting the five-prevention requirements set by the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power.

This product allows for the procedural operation of multiple locks using a single key along a designated circuit, and it has the capability to identify the open/close status of various disconnectors, cabinet doors, and mechanisms. It complies with the Ministry of Machinery Industry's JB/T8455-1996 "General Technical Conditions for Mechanical Locks for High-Voltage Switchgear Equipment." It has passed batch testing, production, review, and appraisal organized by the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power.

1. Before placing an order, please read our factory's program lock instruction manual and scheme samples.

For products or non-standard schemes not covered in the sample catalog, customers must provide detailed information such as a single-line diagram, arrangement diagram of electrical equipment, and operational methods. Our factory will design the program scheme and products on your behalf or sign a separate technical agreement. Products and services will be supplied in accordance with the agreement.
