JCZ1-7.2, 12 Single-Phase High-Voltage Vacuum Contactor

I. Overview
The JCZ1-7.2 and 12 high-voltage vacuum single-phase contactors are suitable for indoor power systems with voltages up to 12KV and working currents up to 630A. They feature strong breaking capacity, long service life, minimal maintenance, no exposed arc, safety and reliability, compact size, light weight, and low noise. They are notably suitable for reliable use in harsh environments and frequent operation scenarios. They are applicable in fields such as coal, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, machinery, and transportation. They can be used for arc suppression devices, ground protection, or switching other electrical loads.
II. Environmental Conditions
a) Ambient air temperature Upper limit: +40℃ Lower limit: -25℃ b. Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
c) Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%; Water vapor pressure: Daily average not exceeding 2.2×10-3MPa; Monthly average not exceeding 1.8×10-3MPa.
d) The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
e) No frequent severe vibration.
f) During operation, the inclination angle of the installation plane relative to the horizontal plane should not exceed 5°.
