The parent company was established in 1992 and has subsidiaries including Zhenjiang Wanqi Electric Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture with U.S. Soft Technology International Co.; Jiangsu Wanqi Electric Co., Ltd., which invested over 100 million yuan in Xuyi to build a cable tray production base; Zhenjiang Wanqi Yintong Busway Co., Ltd., specializing in the research, development, and production of various busway products; and Yangzhong Wanhui Metal Materials Co., Ltd., a professional logistics operator. The group covers a total area of over 85,000 square meters, with a building area of 35,500 square meters. The group is a specialized enterprise engaged in the research, development, and production of cable trays and busways, emerging as a technology-driven growth company in the region and industry. Its main products include: QGQJ series energy-saving corrosion-resistant cable trays, XQJ series wiring trays, WQ/GBQJ series high-strength steel-web fiberglass reinforced plastic trays, HFB fire-resistant and flame-retardant trays; CFW-2A new high-strength separable enclosed busways, FMC-2密集型插接式母线 (dense plug-in busways), GH series fire-resistant busways, and WQ/ZM series lighting busways. The company's cable trays and busways have obtained 19 national patents and have applied for international patents, currently in the (U.S.) stage. The national standard for "Energy-Saving Corrosion-Resistant Steel Cable Trays," developed by the group and chaired by Chairman Ma Jicai, has been promulgated and implemented.
