Performance Characteristics: The solid-core wooden fire door is a new generation product. It uses imported lauan wood for the door frame, and the door leaf is made from wood, plywood, fire-resistant insulation materials, and fire-resistant adhesive through a one-time press molding process. It features high compressive and impact resistance strength, excellent stability in use, can be veneered and inlaid with wood strips, offering good decorative effects. This product surpasses the impact resistance strength of other domestic wooden fire doors and has stable fire performance. The glass-inlaid door is made by embedding fire-resistant glass of various specifications into the wooden fire door leaf, enhancing the lighting and aesthetic performance of fire doors in passages and evacuation areas.

In addition to the specifications provided in the drawings, products can also be custom-made according to user requirements (please provide a contact sheet and drawings to our factory). Factory products are not painted; users should paint them after installation. To meet the fire resistance requirements of fire doors and ensure their effectiveness, users should equip them with special hardware accessories such as door closers, fire door locks, hinges, and sequential door closers available from our factory.

Installation Notes: During installation, the door frame should be firmly fixed to the wall and vertically aligned at right angles. Special attention should be paid to ensuring the door frame and support frame are straight and at right angles, avoiding sawing or planing. Door frames can be directly fixed with screws if the wall has embedded parts. For walls without embedded parts, methods such as expansion screws can be used for fixation. Please refer to the installation of ordinary wooden door frames (see installation schematic nodes Figure 1 and 2).

Installation should comply with the "Construction and Installation Engineering Quality and Acceptance Standards," and essential hardware for fire doors must be installed to ensure flexible, tight closing and effective use.
