[Usage Methods] | |
| 1. Thermosol Dyeing Method Dosage: 2 ~ 3g/l (subject to user testing) Process: Two dips and two nips (pick-up rate 70%) — Pre-drying (100°C) — Curing (color development) (180–200°C, 20–30 seconds) 2. High-Temperature Exhaust Dyeing Method Dosage: 0.2 ~ 0.3% (relative to fabric weight) Bath Ratio: 1:10–30 Dyeing Temperature: 120–130°C Holding Time: 30–60 minutes pH: 5–10 (acidic bath preferred) 3. Low-Temperature Adsorption Fixation Exhaust Dyeing Method Dosage: 0.5 ~ 1.0% (relative to fabric weight) Bath Ratio: 1:25–40 Dyeing Temperature: 50–60°C Holding Time: 30 minutes pH = 4.5–5 (adjusted with acetic acid) Process: Add ZK-103 whitening agent and additives (Glauber's salt 1–2%, acetic acid to adjust pH) and fabric to dye bath at room temperature — Heat to 50°C, dye for 30 minutes — Rinse — Dehydrate and pre-dry — Heat setting (180–190°C, 30 seconds) | |
